Casa Giulia è circondata da un ampio giardino con gazebo e solarium. È composta da due appartamenti, ognuno dotato di due camere, con bagno interno ed un’ampia cucina centrale, hanno vista mare e sul caratteristico porticciolo di Forio. Dalle loro finestre potrai assistere agli splendidi tramonti unici al mondo che colorano l’azzurro del cielo di intense e spettacolari colorazioni. In alcuni giorni e con particolari condizioni meteomarine potrai vedere la costa laziale con i suoi monti. Villa Olivia is an attractive, family-run property, situated about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of the little town of Forio, Ischia's most western resort.
The Villa stands back from the road in a large interesting garden of vines, cacti, olives, citrus fruits, roses and palms. In 1992 the ancieni building was renovated. The apartments are completely furnished and fitted out for 2 - 4 people. Included is a kitchen unit with cooker and fridge, a-dining/living area and 1-2 bedrooms with orthopaedic mattresses, a bathroom with shower, telephone, satellite television, washing machine and heating.
